摘要
目的研究龙胆科龙胆属植物乌奴龙胆Gentiana urnulaH.Smith全草的化学成分。方法运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶和MCI色谱进行分离和纯化,通过现代波谱学方法,包括红外光谱、紫外光谱、旋光谱、质谱和核磁共振进行结构鉴定。结果 12个单体化合物从乌奴龙胆乙酸乙酯部位中分离获得,分别鉴定为:莨菪亭(1);3,5-二羟基-6,7,3′,4′-四甲氧基黄酮(2);1,5,8-三羟基-3-甲氧基■酮(3);1,5,7-三羟基-3-甲氧基■酮(4);1,3,7,8-四羟基■酮(5);1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基■酮(6);1,3,8-三羟基-7-甲氧基■酮(7);2-羰基坡曼酸(8);19α-羟基-3-乙酰基乌苏酸(9);槲皮素(10);科罗索酸(11)和苜蓿素(12)。结论除化合物3和5,其余化合物均为首次从该植物中分离获得。
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents in the ethanol extract from the whole plant of Gentiana urnula H.Smith.Methods The ethyl acetate extracts were separated on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and MCI columns.The isolated compounds were identified by UV,IR,CD,MS and NMR.Results 12 compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate extracts of Gentiana urnula and the structures were identified as follows:scopoletin ( 1 );3,5-dihydroxy-6,7,3′,4′-tetramethoxy flavone ( 2 );1,5,8-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-xanthone ( 3 );1,5,7-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-xanthone ( 4 );1,3,7,8-tetrahydroxy-xanthone ( 5 );1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxy-xanthone ( 6 );1,3,8-trihydroxy-7-methoxy-xanthone ( 7 );2-carbonyl slope acid ( 8 );19 α-hydroxy-3-acetyl ursolic acid ( 9 );quercetin ( 10 );corosolic acid ( 11 ) and tricin ( 12 ).Conclusion All compounds except for 3 and 5 were reported from this plant for the first time.
