生乳灵颗粒的质量标准研究

Study on the quality standard of Shengruling Granules

目的建立生乳灵颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别当归、穿山甲、知母和地黄,采用HPLC法测定当归中阿魏酸的含量。结果 TLC法鉴别斑点清楚、特征明显、阴性无干扰;含量测定方法专属性、线性、精密度和稳定性均良好,平均回收率为99.2%,RSD值为2.9%(n=9)。结论建立的生乳灵颗粒的质量标准指标明确、方法可行,能有效控制其质量。

Objective To establish a quality standard of Shengruling Granules.Methods Angelicae sinensis Radix,Manis Pentadactyla ,Anemarrhenae Rhizoma and Rehmanniae Radix in the medicine were identified by TLC.The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC.Results TLC spots were clear and obvious without any interference.The content determination method was specific,precise,accurate and stable.The recovery rate was 99.2% with RSD 2.9%( n =9).Conclusion The established method of the quality standard of Shengruling Granules is feasible,and can effectively control the quality.
