参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的Meta分析

Meta analysis of Shenqi Hypoglycemic Granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的评价参芪降糖颗粒治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国科技期刊全文数据库、万方医学网,同时手工检索相关医学期刊、纳入相关的随机对照试验组,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。最后以相对危险系数(RR)、平均差(MD)以及95%CI表示。结果纳入的6个RCT研究,共有486例患者。Meta分析结果显示,参芪降糖颗粒试验组有效率优于对照组(RR=0.76,95%CI为0.62～0.93,P=0.008),在空腹血糖、餐后血糖和糖化血红蛋白方面,参芪降糖颗粒试验组均优于对照组(MD=-1.49,95%CI为-2.8～-0.18;MD=-2.21,95%CI为-3.09～-1.32;MD=-1.49,95%CI为-3.32～0.34)。结论参芪降糖颗粒能治疗或辅助治疗2型糖尿病。

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Shenqi Hypoglycemic Granules in the treatment of type 2 diabetes. Methods China academic journal full-text database and Chinese biomedical literature database,science and technology of China journal full-text database,and ten thousand medical networks were retrieved through computer.Meanwhile,the related medical journals were retrieved manualy.The relevant random controlled trials (RCT) were included and analyzed by RevMan 5.3 software in relative risk (RR),the mean difference (MD),and 95% confidence interval (CI).Results 6 RCT studied were included,totally 486 patients.The Meta results showed that in terms of efficiency,ginseng and Shenqi Hypoglycemic Granules group were better than the control group (RR=0.76,95%CI 0.62-0.93, P =0.008),In fasting plasma glucose,postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,ginseng and Shenqi Hypoglycemic Granules group were better than the control group (MD=-1.49,95%CI -2.8--0.18;MD=-2.21,95%CI-3.09--1.32;MD=-1.49,95%CI -3.32-0.34).Conclusion Shenqi Hypoglycemic Granules can treat or auxiliarily treat type 2 diabetes.
