外用类固醇治疗小儿包茎的研究进展

Research progress of topical steroids for treating phimosis in boys

目的综述近年来外用类固醇治疗小儿包茎的研究进展。方法查阅国内外有关外用类固醇治疗小儿包茎的期刊文献,进行归纳总结。结果近年大量实验研究和临床探索表明,发达国家行包皮环切术的比例正在下降,局部外用类固醇可通过抗炎及皮肤变薄效应来治疗小儿包茎,且并发症少。结论局部外用类固醇可治疗小儿包茎,为国内小儿包茎的治疗提供了新思路和参考。

Objective To summary the advances on topical steroids for treating phimosis in boys.Methods The domestic and overseas research literatures on topical steroids for treating phimosis in boys were consulted,reviewed and analyzed.Results Through the domestic and overseas research in recent years,the proportion of circumcision was descended in developed countries.The topical steroids for treating phimosis in boys was based on the anti inflammation and skin thinning effect of the steroids,and had fewer complication.Conclusion Topical steroids could be used in treating phimosis in boys.It provided new ideas and references for the treatment of phimosis in boys.
