生姜泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型功能性消化不良的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in treating functional dyspepsia of cold-heat complicated type

目的观察生姜泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效。方法将80例寒热错杂型FD患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组给予生姜泻心汤加减治疗,对照组给予常规西医治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医症状评分及血清胃泌素、胃动素水平,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组所有症状积分及总积分均低于治疗前,除肠鸣外,治疗组其他症状积分及总积分低于对照组;两组胃泌素及胃动素水平均高于治疗前,并且治疗组胃泌素及胃动素水平高于对照组(均P <0. 05)。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论与常规西医治疗比较,生姜泻心汤可更有效地改善寒热错杂型FD患者的症状及胃肠动力。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction in treating functional dyspepsia(FD) of cold-heat complicated type.Methods Eighty patients with FD of cold-heat complicated type were randomly divided into observation group oRcontrol group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with addition and subtraction therapy of Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction,while the control group with routine western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,the levels of plasma gastrin and motilin were compared between the two groups before and afteRtreatment,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results AfteRtreatment,all symptoms scores and the total score in both group were loweRcompared to the scores before treatment,and except borborygmus ,the scores of the otheRsymptoms and the total score of the observation group were higheRthan those of the control group;the gastrin and motilin levels in both groups were loweRthan before,and the levels were higheRin the observation group than in the control group(all P <0.05).The efficacy of the observation group was superioRto that of the control group( P <0.05).Conclusion Compared to the routine western medicine,Shengjiang Xiexin Decoction can more efficiently improve the symptoms and gastric dynamic in the patients with FD of cold-heat complicated type.
