泸州市退休居民医养结合养老需求现状及影响因素

The current situation and influencing factors of retired residents' demand for old-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance in Luzhou City

目的调查泸州市退休居民医养结合养老需求现状及影响因素。方法采用多阶段抽样法,从泸州市2个主城区中选取326名退休居民为调查对象,调查其一般情况及医养结合养老需求。采用多元线性回归模型分析退休居民医养结合养老需求的影响因素。结果退休居民医养结合养老需求总分为(46. 96±5. 62)分。多因素分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、可支配月收入、子女数、自评健康状况、慢性病种数、医养结合认知度是退休居民医养结合养老需求的影响因素(均P <0. 05)。结论泸州市退休居民的医养结合需求较高,其受多种因素影响。

Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of retired residents′ demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance in Luzhou City.Methods A total of 326 retired residents were selected as respondents from 2 main urban areas of Luzhou City by multi-stage sampling method,and theiRgeneral condition and integrated medical and demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance were investigated.The influencing factors of demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance among retired residents were analyzed by multiple lineaRregression model.Results The total score of retired residents ′ demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance was(46.96±5.62) points.The multiple-factoRanalysis results showed that,age,degree of education,disposable monthly income,numbeRof children,self-evaluation health status,numbeRof chronic diseases,and the cognition degree of old-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance were the main influencing factors foRthe demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance(all P <0.05).Conclusion The demand foRold-age care in combination of medical care and maintenance among retired residents in Luzhou City is at a high level,and its degree of demand is affected by many factors.
