Smart library is a new trend of library development in the new era.On the basis of studying the connotation and research status of smart library,this paper analyzes the puzzlement of the development of smart libraries from the factors of policy,technology,capital and personnel,and puts forwards the four aspects of policy benefit,technical support,fund support and talent training,so as to promote the stable,healthy and sustainable development of the smart libraries in the new era.
