近代安徽省立民众教育馆图书部存在于社会动荡的新旧转型期,践行新式图书馆的服务理念,注重开放共享、馆外服务、宣传推广和规范管理,科学开展业务工作,不断丰富创新服务方式,拓宽服务领域和范围,发挥了重要的社会教育作用,推动了近代安徽图书馆事业的发展。

The library of modern Anhui Provincial People's Education Pavilion existed in the new and old transition period of social turbulence.According to the service concept of the new library,the library paid attention to open sharing,outside service,publicity and promotion,and standardized management,carried out business activities scientifically,enriched innovative ways of service constantly,and expanded areas and scope of services,played an important role in social education,and promoted the development of library cause in modern Anhui.
