临床护士护理信息能力对患者安全文化认知的影响

Effect of nurses' information competency on safety-cultural cognition of patients

目的了解护理人员护理信息能力和对患者安全文化认知的现状及二者的关系,分析影响护士对患者安全文化认知的因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、护理信息能力量表和医院患者安全文化认知量表对869名护士进行调查。结果临床护士护理信息能力评分为(99.71±18.63)分;对患者安全文化认知评分为(146.23±21.38)分;护理信息能力评分及各维度评分均与护士对患者安全文化认知呈正相关(P<0.01或P<0.05);护士职称、学历和护理信息能力为患者安全文化认知的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论护士护理信息能力总体水平较低,护士对患者安全文化认知处于中等水平,建议护理管理者加强临床护士的护理信息能力培养,以提高护士对患者的安全文化认知水平,为改善临床护理安全提供依据。

Objective To investigate the relationship between nurses'information competency and patients'safety-culture cognition,then to analyze relevant factors.Methods A total of 869 nurses were investigated by general information questionnaire,nursing information competencys scale and hospital patient safety culture cognition scale.Result The score of nurses'information competency was(99.71±18.63),the score of patients'safety-culture cognition was(146.23±21.38),and both of them were positively correlated(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The professional level,education background and nursing information competencey were the main influencing factors of patients safety-culture cognition(P<0.01).Conclusion The level of nurses'information ability is relatively low while their cognition of patients'safety-culture is at medium level,which suggest that nursing managers should strengthen the training of clinical nurses'information ability,to improve nurses'cognition of patients'safety-culture and the safety of clinical nursing.
