新疆某二级甲等综合医院医务人员肺结核防护知识的影响因素研究

Status and influencing factors on pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge from a 2A-level hospital in Xinjiang

目的探讨医务人员肺结核防护知识现状并分析其影响因素,为医院制订肺结核防护策略及开展有针对性的肺结核专题培训提供依据。方法采用一般资料问卷、肺结核知识问卷对312名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果 312名医务人员肺结核防护知识总分为(26.57±4.54)分,处于中等水平。多元线性回归分析表明,学历、职业、职称、工作年限、岗位及接触史是医务人员肺结核防护知识水平的主要影响因素。结论医务人员肺结核防护知识的水平有待提高,应加强对医务人员进行肺结核防护知识的培训,重视防护措施的宣传,不断提高医疗护理服务质量。

Objective To explore the status of pulmonary tuberculosis protection knowledge and analyze its influencing factors,to provide reference for hospitals to build preventing and protesting stratagies and training of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 312 medical staff were investigated by demographic questionnaire and tuberculosis knowledge questionnaire.Results The total average scores of tuberculosis protection was(26.57±4.54),at a middle level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education,occupation,job title,work seniority,post and contact history were the main influencing factors for the knowledge level of medical staff.Conclusion The general knowledge level of pulmonary tuberculosis protection needs to be improved.We should strengthen the level of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention knowledge for medical staff,pay attention to protective measures,and constantly improve the quality of medical care services.
