人体生物时间护理联合徵调音乐在脑卒中后抑郁患者中的应用

The application of biological time nursing combined with ZhiDiao music in patients with post-strok depression

目的探讨采用人体生物时间护理联合徵调音乐对脑卒中后抑郁患者的应用效果。方法将81例脑卒中后抑郁患者按入院单、双号分组,单号41例为观察组;双号40例为对照组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上,遵循时间护理原则,进行语言心理疏导,徵调音乐聆听。结果干预后观察组多模式诊断脑卒中后抑郁汉密顿抑郁量表中的悲哀、自伤及总分和贝克抑郁自评问卷中的心境、自杀及总分评分低于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),干预后观察组医学应对总分及面对、回避评分均高于对照组(P<0.01)、屈服低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人体生物时间护理联合徵调音乐可以减轻患者脑卒中后抑郁,提高医学应对水平。

Objective To explore the effect of using human biological time nursing combined with ZhiDiao music in patients with post-stroke depression.Methods Totally,81 patients with post-stroke depressionwere divided by single and even numbers.The 41 single numbered patients were arranged as the observation group,while others as the control group.The control group received routine nursing.Based on that,the observation group was cared following the principle of time care,received language psychological counseling,and had ZhiDiao music to listen.Results After intervention,the observation group's multi-mode diagnosis of depression,self-injury and total score in the Hamilton Depression Scale of Post-Stroke Depression,as well as the mood,suicide and total scores in the Beck Depression Self-Assessment Questionnaire were lower than the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).At the same time,the total scores of medical response and the scores of the confrontation and avoidance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),while the yield response was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of human biological time nursing and music can alleviate the depression after stroke,and improve the level of medical response.
