S/DCP并用量对NBR/ACM共混胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了丁腈橡胶(NBR)与丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)以80/20的比例共混后,S与DCP用量对NBR/ACM共混胶性能的影响。测试了不同S、DCP用量下共混胶的硫化特性、力学性能及耐老化性能。结果表明增大S、DCP用量均会使共混胶硫化速度加快、硫化程度提升;两种硫化剂之间存在"内耗",二者用量且相等时力学性能较差,使用时宜一主一辅;适当提高DCP用量能使共混胶耐老化性提升,S用量增加使耐老化性下降。 The effect of S and DCP dosage on the properties of NBR/ACM blended rubber after blending nitrile rubber (NBR) with acrylate rubber (ACM) at a ratio of 80/20 was studied. The vulcanization characteristics, mechanical properties and aging resistance of the blended rubber under different S and DCP dosages were tested. The results show that increasing the amount of S and DCP will increase the vulcanization speed of the blended rubber and increase the degree of vulcanization;With the “internal consumption” between the two curing agents, under the same dosages, the mechanical properties are poor and it is better to use one as main agent and the other as auxiliary agent. Properly increasing the amount of DCP can improve the aging resistance of the blended rubber, and the increase of S dosage can reduce the aging resistance.
