摘要
针对轮胎生产行业的需求和传统生产工艺的不足,本文首先介绍了电子束预硫化在轮胎部件中应用的好处和第二代电子束预硫化设备以及模块化、小体积,大功率,辐照剂量均匀性高等特点对轮胎部件辐照预硫化,同时实现提升质量和减低成本。
In view of the demand of the tire production industry and the shortage of traditional production processes, this paper first introduces the benefits of electron beam pre-vulcanization in tire components, and introduces the second generation electron beam pre-vulcanization equipment and its modular, small volume, high power, high uniformity of irradiation dose. The use of second-generation electron beam pre-vulcanization equipment to pre-vulcanize tire components, which can simultaneously improve quality and reduce costs.
