不同硫化体系用量对含CR的V带压缩胶性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同用量的ZnO/MgO与DM/CZ/S硫化体系用量对含氯丁V带压缩胶的硫化特性、老化前后物理机械性能、动态生热性能及Mullins效应的影响。结果表明,随着ZnO/MgO、DM/CZ/S用量增加,t_(10)、t_(90)变化不大,MH-ML有所增大。DM/CZ/S变量对于物理机械性能及100℃老化过程中物理机械性能变化率的影响要大于ZnO/MgO变量的影响。且ZnO/MgO、DM/CZ/S用量越大Mullins效应程度与压缩最大力值有所增大。DM/CZ/S用量是影响硫化胶80℃ tanδ的主要因素。 In this paper, the effects of different dosage of ZnO/MgO and DM/CZ/S curing systems on the physical and mechanical properties, dynamic heat generation performance and Mullins effect before and after aging of V-belt compression rubber containing CR were investigated. The results showed that, with the increasing the dosage of ZnO/MgO and DM/CZ/S, t10 and t90 do not change much, and MH—ML increased.The influence of DM/CZ/S variables on physical and mechanical properties and the change rate of physical and mechanical properties during 100 ℃ aging process is greater than that of ZnO/MgO variables.The dosage of ZnO/MgO and DM/CZ/S became larger, and the degree of Mullins effect and the compression maximum force increasd. The dosaged of DM/CZ/S is the main factor affecting the tanδ of the vulcanizate at 80℃.
