橡胶硬度与其受力特性的研究

摘要 介绍了橡胶硬度的检测方法,并且采用国际最新检测标准,提高了橡胶硬度检测结果的准确度及可信度。同时,通过实际车轮13°冲击载荷检测试验,发现车轮13°冲击试验中,试验机底座橡胶垫硬度值的变化,会影响到橡胶受力特性的变化,直接影响13°冲击试验的准确性。 This paper introduces the detection method of rubber hardness, and adopts the latest international testing standards to improve the accuracy and credibility of rubber hardness testing results. At the same time, through the actual wheel 13° impact load test, it is found that in the 13° impact test of the wheel, the change of the hardness value of the rubber pad of the test machine base will affect the change of the rubber mechanical properties, which directly affects the accuracy of the 13° impact test.
