基于嵌入式拉开档次法的南广线引入贵港市方案评价

摘要 传统的铁路干线引入枢纽地区的方案评价方法受主观因素影响很大。本文结合贵港地区铁路现状和当地城市规划,在建立相匹配的引入方案评价体系的基础上,运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法确定模糊判断矩阵,在一定程度上提高了评价的准确性。运用主客观信息集成的嵌入式拉开档次法确定各评价指标权重,并进而提出了较为全面客观的新建铁路引入枢纽地区的方案评价模型。该方法既能最大限度地体现被评价对象之间的整体性差异,又能很好地体现出专家的主观判断,提高了评价结果的可靠性。 The evaluation method of a traditional railway trunk line in a hub area is greatly influenced by subjective factors. This article combines the current situation of the railway in the Guigang region and the planning of the local city. Based on the establishment of the matching introduction scheme evaluation system, the combination of quantitative and qualitative analyses is used to determine the fuzzy judgment matrix, which improves the accuracy of evaluation to a certain extent. The weight of each evaluation index is determined by an embedded open grade system based on the integration of subjective and objective information;a more comprehensive and objective scheme evaluation model for introducing new railways into hub areas is put forward. This method can reflect the overall difference between the evaluated objects and the subjective judgment of the experts as well, and thereby improve the reliability of the evaluation results.
