成绵乐客运专线沿线地区产业结构影响研究

Influence of Industrial Structures along Cheng-Mian-Le Inter-city Passenger Dedicated Line

为了研究成绵乐客运专线的开通对沿线地区产业结构的影响,本文引入空间权重矩阵,构建了偏离-份额分析空间模型。在此基础上,以成绵乐客运专线沿线5个城市为研究对象,基于开通前后两个时间段的区域经济数据,计算了相应的空间权重矩阵,分析了城市间经济相互影响作用。接着通过对比分析两个时间段的三次产业经济增量、增长率以及相应的空间偏离-份额值,明确了成绵乐客运专线影响下该沿线5市的区域空间产业结构和空间竞争力的变化,以及结构效果和区域竞争效果变化。最后对区域产业结构、产业分工布局、城市规模体系等方面的优化提出了相应的建议。

A spatial weights matrix is introduced to construct a spatial shift-share analysis model, in order to study the impact on industrial structures along the Cheng-Mian-Le inter-city passenger dedicated line. The five cities along the Cheng-Mian-Le inter-city passenger dedicated line are taken as the research object. Based on the regional economic data of two time periods before and after the opening of the line, the spatial weights matrix is calculated, and the inter-city economic interaction is analyzed. By comparing three industrial economic growths, growth rates and their corresponding spatial shift-share values in the two time periods, the changes in the industrial structures and spatial competitiveness are determined. Moreover, changes in structural and regional competitive effects of the five cities along the line are clarified. Recommendations to optimize the regional industrial structure, industrial division of labor, and the system for urban scale are presented at the end of this paper.
