摘要
随着我国逐步进入"社会转型期"和"改革深水期",内外部形势发展的复杂性和艰巨性使得人事部门党风廉政建设面临着新的挑战。从当前人事腐败的问题和表现形式入手,深入分析人事腐败问题的形成原因,提出了新形势下预防人事腐败的相应对策。
China is gradually entering the ′social transition period′ and ′reform deep water zone′. The complexity and enormity of the development of the internal and external situation make the personnel department confronts with a new challenge in building a clean and honest Communist Party of China. Proceed from the current problems and manifestations of personnel corruption, the causes of personnel corruption are deeply analyzed, this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to prevent personnel corruption in the new situation.
