摘要 采用微波合成法制备La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.2)Fe_(0.8)O_3阴极材料,并对材料进行XRD及SEM测试。研究结果表明最佳的微波合成工艺为:微波功率为720W,反应时间为50min。XRD测试结果表明:所制备出的阴极材料为单一的钙钛矿结构,无其他杂相生成。SEM研究结果表明:合成样品内粒子分布比较均匀,颗粒尺寸小于10μm,说明微波合成法能获得粒度较小且分布均匀的合成材料。 By using the microwave synthesis method, the paper prepares the cathode material La0.6 Sr0.4 Co0.2 Fe0.8 O3, and conducts XRD and SEM test on them. The results show that the optimum microwave synthesis is 720w microwave power and 50 min reaction time. The test XRD shows that the prepared cathode material has a single perovskite structure and no other impurities. The results of SEM show that the particle size of synthesized samples is less than 10 micro meter, which indicates that the microwave synthesized material with small particle size and uniform distribution can be obtained.
