摘要
云南是多民族聚居、经济文化相对落后的边疆省份,城乡义务教育发展差距较大,均衡发展任务繁重。"后撤点并校"时期,云南民族地区农村小规模学校成为偏远地区、山区孩子上学的主要选择,也成为体现义务教育均衡发展的重要载体。由于客观情况,云南民族地区农村小规模学校建设存在许多问题,深入了解其面临的困境,分析原因,探寻解决对策,是促进云南义务教育均衡发展,推动城乡一体化发展的重要举措。
Yunnan is a frontier province with multi-ethnic communities and backward economy and culture.The gap between compulsory education in urban and rural areas is relatively large,and the task of balanced development is arduous.In the age of 'post-canceling teaching centers and merging primary and middle schools',the fact that rural small schools in Yunnan minority areas has become the main choice of children in remote areas and the mountain school suggests it has been an important embodiment of the balanced development of compulsory education.However,there are many problems in the construction of rural small schools in ethnic areas of Yunnan.In-depth understandings of their plight,analysing and searching for countermeasures,are the ways to promote the balanced development of compulsory education in Yunnan which solve the urgent problem of promoting urban and rural integration development.
