骨架双导轨滑块结构注塑模设计

摘要 线圈骨架为常用的结构件,一般模具采用滑块单导轨结构居多。本案根据骨架的特点采用双导轨滑块结构,通过对产品作出分析,采用在定模板,滑块和动模型芯上成型,并对模具工作原理,模具成型零件设计作出阐述。模具生产实践证明:双导轨滑块组结构对模具开模和合模具有很好的平稳性,较好地保证了骨架的同轴度,避免在机器绕线时的波(窜)动,产品得到用户认同。 Coil frame is a common structural part, and slider single guide structure is mostly used in general molds. According to the characteristics of the frame, the structure of double guide slider is adopted. Through the analysis of the products, the fixed mold plate, slider and moving mold core are used to form the frame. The working principle of the die and the design of the building parts of the mold are expounded. Mold production practice has proved that the structure of double guide slider group has a good stability for mold opening and closing, which ensures the coaxiality of the frame, avoids the wave when the machine is winding, and the product is recognized by users.
