摘要
本文旨在探讨身体锻炼在大学生发展性心理健康中的作用,通过综述身体锻炼在整体心理健康水平、抑郁焦虑情绪、自我效能感、身体应激水平、身体自尊方面的积极影响,并结合高校实际情况。提出以下几个方面的建议:提供整体性运动建议与指导方案,发挥运动类社团的作用,挖掘个体锻炼兴趣,利用第二课堂营造运动氛围,在素质拓展训练中融入团体心理辅导,增强体育教师心理健康类培训,注重团体类运动和技巧类运动。
The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of physical exercise in the development of mental health of College students. By reviewing the positive effects of physical exercise on the overall mental health level, depression and anxiety, self-efficacy, physical stress level and physical self-esteem, and combining with the actual situation of colleges and universities, the author puts forward some suggestions and guidance programs from the perspective of providing holistic sports, giving full play to the role of sports associations, and digging out some examples. Some suggestions are put forward, such as interest in physical exercise, creating a sports atmosphere in the second class, integrating group psychological counseling into quality development training, strengthening physical education teachers'mental health training, and emphasizing group sports and skill sports.
