The Effective Paths of Cultivating the Excellent Police Officers in Public Security Colleges in the New Era

公安院校培养卓越警务人才是新时期深化公安教育体制改革的时代要求和适应社会治安形势发展的现实需要。以卓越警务人才定位为基础,深入分析相关人才培养的制约因素,从加强学生的政治素养教育、加强学科建设以促进专业建设的发展、加强师资队伍建设、加强校局合作与开放办学、加强学生实践创新能力等途径来培养卓越警务人才,输送适应新时期社会治安形势需要的公安专业人才。

The training of excellent police officers in public security colleges which is the time's requirement for deepening the reform of police education system and adapting the realistic demand of public security situation and development in the new era. Based on the orientation of excellent police officers, through analysis on the constraint factors of relevant talents training in depth, we should try to cultivate the excellent police officers from these aspects: Firstly, strengthen the training in college students ideological and political education. Secondly, strengthen the discipline construction to promote the development of specialty construction. Thirdly, strengthen the construction of teaching staff. Fourthly, strengthen the cooperation between school and police public security bureau as well as opening running school. Fifthly, strengthen the practical and innovative ability of college students. In order to provide the public security professionals that suit to the developmental need of public security situation in the new era.
