云南林业专业合作社的现状及推广机制研究

Current Situation and Promotion Mechanism of Forestry Professional Cooperative Organizations in Yunnan Province

发展林业专业合作社能巩固林权改革成果,提高林农组织化程度,带动林农增收致富。通过对云南省昆明、楚雄、玉溪、红河、大理、保山、普洱、临沧、文山、丽江、昭通65家林业专业合作社的走访和问卷调查,分析其设立、资金来源、社员变动、服务种类、利益联接、内部治理、政府扶持的现状及存在的问题,提出了林业专业合作社推广中应建立的资金结合机制、利润分配机制、进入与退出机制及治理机制,为林业专业合作社的发展提供参考依据。

The development of forestry professional cooperative organizations can consolidate the achievements of forest tenure reform,improve the organizational level of forest farmers and increase the income of forest farmers.Through investigation of 65 forestry professional cooperative organizations in Kuming,Chuxiong,Yuxi,Honghe,Dali,Baoshan,Puer,Licang,Wenshan,Lijiang,Zhaotong Yunnan Province,the article analyses their establishment,financial support,changing of members,service types,linkage of interests,internal governance,government support status and problems,and puts forward the combination of funds mechanism,profit distribution mechanism,entry and exit mechanism and governance mechanism that will provide reference for the development of forestry professional cooperatives.
