云南块菌出口现状及对策研究

Situation,Problem and Countermeasures of Truffles Export in Yunnan

云南是块菌的重要产地,随着块菌市场发展,国外市场对块菌的需求逐渐加大,云南块菌出口贸易也不断扩大。为促进云南块菌出口贸易的可持续发展,通过研究总结出云南块菌出口存在的问题:供给量下降、产业化发展不足、与进口国贸易摩擦大和出口企业的国际竞争力低等,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策。

Yunnan is an important origin of truffle.With the development of truffle market,foreign market demand for truffles gradually increased,and truffles export trade is also expanding in Yunnan.In order to promote the sustainable development of truffles export trading in Yunnan,the problems in the export of truffles were summarized:the supply of truffle is being reduced,industrial development insufficient,trade friction with the importing country and the low international competitiveness of export enterprises,etc.Finally put forward the corresponding countermeasure to the existing problems.
