摘要
系统阐述了国家储备林的建设现状,分析了国家储备林的建设特点及影响因素,针对当前国家储备林建设存在问题,提出了行之有效的措施。对精准提升森林质量,促进林业转方式、调结构,推进国家储备林建设具有参考意义。
This paper systematically expounded the present situation of national reserve forest construction,analyzed the characteristics and influencing factors of national reserve forest construction,put forward the effective proposal based on the problems existing in the current construction of national reserve forest.It provided the reference to improve the forest quality,promote transfer mode and adjust the structure of forestry,push the construction of national reserve forest forward.
