新疆体育特色小镇建设路径研究

Research on the Construction Path of Small Town with Sports Characteristics in Xinjiang

采用文献资料、实地调查等研究方法,对体育特色小镇相关概念进行梳理,分析体育特色小镇建设的现状,从政策层面、产业层面、企业层面剖析新疆体育特色小镇建设中存在的问题,并借鉴国外体育特色小镇建设的经验,提出新疆体育特色小镇建设路径,即:(1)合理规划,完善体制机制;(2)跨界融合,构建产业价值链;(3)创新发展,打造产业精品等,旨在为新疆体育特色小镇建设及至我国体育特色小镇建设提供可行性建议。

Using literature,field surveys and other research methods, the paper sorts out the concepts related to sports towns,analyzes of the current situation of the construction of small towns with sports characteristics,analyzes the problems existing in the construction of Xinjiang sports featured towns from the policy level,industry level, and enterprise level. And its draws lessons from the experience of the construction of foreign sports featured towns,puts forward the path for the construction of small sports towns in Xinjiang,namely,( 1) Rational planning, improving of institutional mechanisms;( 2) cross-border integration,building an industrial value chain;( 3) innovation and development,building industry models. It aims to provide a reference for the feasibility of the construction of sports characteristics town and the construction of sports towns in Xinjiang.
