Real Confusion and Multi-Dimensional Consideration of Sports Education Major Development Under the Background of Teacher Qualification Certificate

采用文献资料、问卷调查法等研究方法,以体育教育专业发展为研究对象,对体育教师资格证书统考的特征进行分析,探究体育教师资格证书考试的现实困惑,有针对性地对教师资格证书考试背景下体育教育专业的发展进行多维考量。研究认为:体育教师资格证书考试特征为考试内容全面、范围广;注重考生的语言表达能力和逻辑思维能力;重视专业技能示范能力和教学设计能力;考试难度大、发证时间晚。体育教师资格证书考试中的现实困惑主要有体育教师资格证书大纲内容与体育教育专业课程体系存在偏差;体育教育专业教师资格证书面试技能与体育教育专业课程考核评价机制脱节;体育教师资格证书面试试讲内容与体育教育专业实习模式脱轨。体育教育专业发展的优化路径:促进适应教师资格证书考试需求的体育教育专业课程内容体系改革;丰富教师资格证书考试背景下体育教育专业课程考核评价体系;完善教师资格证书考试背景下体育教育专业教育实习模式。

Using the methods of literature review,questionnaire investigation,with sports education professional development as the research object,the paper analyzes the characteristics of the PE teachers qualification certificate unified examination,explores the reality confusion of sports teachers qualification certificate examination, and provides multidimensional consideations for teachers qualification certificate examination under the background of the development of physical education major. The research indicates that the features of PE teacher certificate examination are comprehensive and extensive;paying attention to students language ability and logical thinking ability;emphasizing professional skills demonstration ability and teaching design ability;the exam is difficult and the issuing time is late. The reality of the PE teacher qualification examination is that there is a deviation between the syllabus content of PE teacher qualification certificate and the professional curriculum system of sports education. The interview skills of sports education major teacher certificate are different from the assessment and evaluation mechanism of sports education major courses. PE teacher qualification interview trial content and sports education major practice mode are different. The optimized path of sports education major development are: to promote the reform of sports education major course content system for the training of teacher qualification certificate examination;to enrich the evaluation system of sports education major curriculum in the background of teacher qualification certificate;and perfect sports education major education internship mode in the background of teacher qualification certificate examination.
