^(125)I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌放化疗后复发的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of ^(125)I seed implantation for the treatment of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer after radiation and chemotherapy

目的探讨^(125)I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌放化疗后复发的临床疗效。方法对14例非小细胞肺癌放化疗后复发患者进行^(125)I粒子植入治疗,术后观察手术并发症,术后2月开始进行影像学评估疗效。结果 14例患者均一次性完成^(125)I粒子植入,术后并发症主要为穿刺道出血、气胸等,给予对症处理痊愈。术后2月、4月、6月、12月评估,治疗有效率分别为7.1%、42.9%、64.3%、78.6%;1年生存率为85.7%。结论 ^(125)I粒子植入治疗非小细胞肺癌放化疗后复发是安全、有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 125 I seed implantation in the treatment of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer after radiation and chemotherapy. Methods 14 patients of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer after radiation and chemotherapy were treated with 125 I seed implantation, postoperative complications were observed, and 2 months 125 I seed implantation, the effect was evaluated by CT imaging. Results All the 14 patients completed the implantation at one time, and postoperative complications mainly included puncture bleeding, pneumothorax and so on. The effective rate of treatment was 7.1%, 42.9%, 64.3% and 78.6%, respectively. On the second month, 4th month, 6th month and 12th month after implantation, the 1-year survival rate was 85.7%. Conclusion 125 I seed implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of recurrent non-small cell lung cancer after radiation and chemotherapy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
