椎管内硬膜外海绵状血管瘤1例 被引量：2

Spinal epidural cavernous haemangioma: one case report

摘要 患者男,59岁。双下肢无力进行性加重2年余。患者于2年前出现双下肢活动不利,平衡能力差,自觉症状逐渐加重,大小便控制能力差,曾有失禁表现,查体:无肌肉萎缩,双下肢肌张力稍高。双下肢肌力减退,为Ⅳ级左右,双上肢肌力正常,双侧Babinski's征阳性。MRI检查示:胸6~8椎体水平椎管内硬膜外可见梭形长T 1长T 2信号影,边界清晰,信号不均,内可见斑片状稍短T 2信号影,脊髓受压、向右前偏移,并椎管狭窄,病变进入左侧椎间孔区,增强扫描后明图1~5 胸6-8椎体水平椎管内硬膜外可见梭形长T1长T2信号影.
