超声检查应用于早孕合并高危因素人工流产术中的效果及安全性探析

目的探究超声检查应用于早孕合并高危因素人工流产术中的效果及安全性。方法选取我院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的超声引导下实施人工流产术者1 156例,将其作为观察组;另选取同期接受的行常规人工流产术者1 045例,将其作为对照组。比较两组手术指标及术后并发症的发生概率。结果观察组术中出血量、术后出血时间及手术时间均短于对照组,观察组子宫收缩长度长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者术后均未出现大出血、漏吸、子宫穿孔等严重并发症。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用超声引导下实施的合并高危因素的人工流产术能够有效减少对患者的损伤,实时监测手术操作,减少手术风险及术后并发症的发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect and safety of B-mode ultrasonography in early pregnancy with high risk factors induced abortion. Methods 1 156 cases of artificial abortion treated in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group, and 1045 cases were selected as the control group in the same period. The operative index and occurrence probability of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The amount of bleeding, bleeding time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the uterine contraction length of the observation group was longer than that of the control group ( P <0.05). All patients had no serious complications such as massive bleeding, aspiration and perforation of the uterus after operation. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion The artificial abortion with high risk factors under the guidance of B-ultrasound can effectively reduce the damage to the patients, monitor the operation in real time, and reduce the risk of operation and the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worth popularizing.
