摘要
在已有研究工作的基础上,以CATIA作为数字化设计平台,从钢闸门的组成分类、总体技术路线、建模方法、关键工作四大方面阐述了钢闸门数字化设计技术,为实现钢闸门数字化设计提供可靠依据;其次,结合实际工程对该技术进行了设备资源库建设、工程图表达的应用,验证了"钢闸门+BIM技术"的实践效果;最后总结了BIM技术应用于钢闸门设计的思路和前景。
Based on the existing research, this paper takes CATIA as the digital design platform to elaborate the digital design technology of steel gate from four aspects: composition classification, overall technical route, modeling method and key work of steel gate, and provide reliable basis for the realization of digital design of steel gate. Then combined with the actual engineering, the application of the technology in the construction of equipment resource database and the expression of engineering drawings is carried out to verify the practical effect of "steel gate + BIM technology". Finally, the ideas and prospects of BIM technology applied to steel gate design are summarized.
