基于旅游文化保护视域下青州特色旅游文化产业新模式研究

Study on the New Model of the Tourism Culture Industry of Qingzhou in the Perspective of the Protection of the Tourism Culture

在国家提升文化"软实力"的发展战略指导下,以山东青州地域文化为基础而建设的青州特色旅游文化产业展现了其特色与价值;但由于旅游文化产业产值本身无法与传统制造业企业对比,衡量其产业效率及产业发展的作用成为了热点问题;利用随机前沿分析法计算了青州旅游文化产业的效率与非效率值,并结合产业产值进行实证计算,分析旅游文化产业效率发展的作用;研究表明,发展青州旅游文化产业能够有效促进产业效率发展,抑制产业的非效率情况,同时旅游文化产业具有显著的"溢出渠道",能够带动相关产业的发展;保证旅游文化产业发展,需要保护传统文化资源,优化资源聚合与配置过程。

Under the guidance of the development strategy of promoting culture “soft power”of our country, the characteristic tourism culture industry of Qingzhou, which is based on the regional culture of Qingzhou of Shandong Province, shows its characteristics and value. However, because the output value of tourism culture industry cannot be compared with the traditional manufacturing industry itself, the function of measuring its industrial efficiency and industrial development has become a hot issue. This paper calculates the efficiency and inefficiency of Qingzhou tourism culture industry by using stochastic frontier analysis, and analyzes the function of efficiency development of tourism culture industry by empirical calculation of industrial output value. The research shows that the development of Qingzhou tourism culture industry can effectively promote the development of industrial efficiency and restrain the inefficiency of the industry. At the same time, tourism cultural industry has significant “spillover channels”, which can promote the development of related industries. To ensure the development of tourism cultural industry, it is necessary to protect the traditional cultural resources and optimize the process of resource aggregation and allocation.
