乡村振兴战略下乡村旅游扶贫路径研究——以桂林“荷美陶家”为例

Study on the Tourism Poverty Alleviation Path under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of “Homei Pottery” in Guilin

乡村旅游扶贫以乡村旅游产业为依托,成为乡村振兴背景下我国精准扶贫战略的重要支持;以桂林市雁山区"荷美陶家"景区为例,通过田野调查,发现其乡村旅游扶贫虽然取得了一定的实践成效,但仍面临资源利用缺乏规划、旅游基础设施落后、文化保护重视不够、居民扶贫参与不足等困境;为此结合乡村振兴背景,提出"荷美陶家"应立足资源优势,创新产业模式;强化基础设施建设,创建保护体系;加强环境治理,创建洁净村落等乡村旅游扶贫路径。

On the basis of rural tourism industry, rural tourism poverty alleviation has become an important support for China’s precise poverty alleviation strategy under the background of rural revitalization. Taking the“Homei Pottery”scenic spot in Yanshan District of Guilin as an example, through field investigation, it is found that although its rural tourism poverty alleviation has achieved some practical results, it is still faced with a lack of planning for the utilization of resources and backward tourism infrastructure, lack of attention to cultural protection, inadequate participation of residents in poverty alleviation and other dilemmas. In combination with the background of rural rejuvenation, the author puts forward that“Homei Pottery”should be based on the advantages of resources, innovate the industrial model, strengthen the construction of infrastructure, establish the protection system, strengthen the environmental governance, and establish the path of poverty alleviation in rural tourism, such as clean villages and so on.
