摘要
基于马斯洛需要层次理论和SWOT模式的研究工具和分析框架,对民族贫困农村地区特岗教师师德建设状况进行现实窥探;在此基础上,建立SWOT应对策略分析矩阵,研究结果表明:加强特岗教师理想信念教育,完善专业发展顶层制度设计,构建立体多维师德建设环境和网络培育师德建设共同体,形塑"府-际-人"主体间性话语的公共精神是其实践路径。
Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and SWOT model, this paper makes a realistic probe into the construction of teachers’ethics in the poor rural areas. On the basis of this, the analysis matrix of SWOT coping strategy is established. The research results show that: It is of practical value to strengthen the education of teachers' ideals and beliefs, improve the top-level system design for professional development, build a three-dimensional environment for the construction of multi-dimensional teacher ethics and a network for building a community of teachers’ethics, and form a public spirit of inter-subject discourse.
