基于层次分析法林业院校就业质量指标体系构建及评价研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过对林业院校毕业生的座谈、访谈和问卷调查,运用层次分析法,对林业院校就业质量涉及的政府、学校、用人单位和毕业生进行分析,选取了毕业生主观愿望、用人单位满意度、学校、政府综合指标和特色指标4项作为目标评价的二级指标,选取了工作岗位、薪酬福利、就业满意度、林科类毕业生在林业行业就业比例等15项作为方案层的三级指标,选取专业对口度、行业发展前景、人际沟通等30项作为方案层的四级指标,构建林业院校就业质量评价模型。通过赋值与权重计算,对林业院校就业质量进行综合评价。结果表明:二、三级指标中,毕业生主观愿望和就业满意度所占权重最高,说明毕业生主观愿望是提高就业质量的核心,其高低在于毕业生自己的感受,而非外界因素所决定;四级指标中,最重要的前五项指标为工作岗位、发展空间、人际沟通、工资水平和晋升机会。工作岗位和发展空间权重高说明毕业生在求职时重点考虑的人职匹配和未来职业生涯发展将是提高就业质量的关键,而就业率是提高就业质量的基础。 By discussing,interviewing and questionnaire survey,using Analytical Hierarchy Process,after investigating and analyzing on employment quality about government,university,enterprise and undergraduates,the paper has selected undergraduates′ subjective wishes,enterprise satisfaction,aggregative indicator of government and university,and characteristic index as the second level factors of target evaluation,selected 15 factors including job position,compensation benefit,job satisfaction,employment rate about forestry undergraduates working forestry enterprise,etc.as the third level factors,30 factors including professional counterparts,prospects of the industry development,communicating ability,etc.as the fourth factors.The paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the employment quality in forestry Universities by assignment and weight calculation.The result shows that among the second and third level factors,the weight of undergraduates′ subjective wishes and job satisfaction is more higher than others,and undergraduates′ subjective wish is the core of employment quality,the standard of employment quality is from the feeling of undergraduates,not outside factors.Among the fourth level factors,the more important 5 factors are job position,prospect,communicating ability,wage level and promotion chance.The more higher weight of job position and prospect explains that the 2 factors and are the keys of considering importantly when the undergraduates are hunting the job.Employment rate is the base of enhancing employment quality.
