摘要
通过冷模实验分析了二次分离装置对旋风筒性能的影响,并探讨了不同内筒直径下二次分离型旋风筒的压降和分离效率变化规律。结果表明:气流在进入内筒时的切向速度仍接近最大值,说明内筒中的气流仍保持着较大的旋流强度,在内筒上进行二次分离改装是合理的;二次分离改装后的旋风筒分离效率为97. 67%,提高了2. 3%,且压降降低了400 Pa;二次分离口在Turn0°时的压降最小。
The effect of the secondary separation device on the performance of the cyclones was analyzed through the cold-mold test,besides this article also discusses the pressure drop and separation efficiency of the secondary separation cyclones with different inner cylinder diameters.The results show:When the airflow enters the inner cylinder,the tangential velocity is still close to the maximum value,which indicats that the airflow in the inner cylinder still maintains a large swirl intensity,and it is reasonable to carry out secondary separation and modification on the inner cylinder;The separation efficiency of secondary cyclone separator is 97.67%,which is 2.3%higher than before,and the pressure drop has a reduction of 400 Pa.Secondary separation port in Tum0°,the pressure drop is minimum.
