再生微粉和粉煤灰对胶砂力学性能及微观结构影响研究 被引量:20

摘要 为了研究再生微粉和粉煤灰对胶砂界面的改善效果,分析再生微粉和粉煤灰在不同掺量下对水泥胶砂性能影响的变化规律。对取代率分别为0%、10%、20%、30%和40%的再生微粉和粉煤灰制作的水泥胶砂进行力学性能试验和微观结构效果对比研究,试验结果表明:再生微粉和粉煤灰取代率为10%时为最佳掺量,再生微粉3 d、7 d、28 d强度均高于粉煤灰;随着再生微粉和粉煤灰掺量的增加,水泥胶砂强度均有不同程度的降低。 In order to study the improvement effects of the regenerated powder and fly ash on the adhesive sand interface,the mechanical properties and microstructure of the cement mortar made from 0%,10%,20%,30%and 40%of the regenerated powder and fly ash were compared in this paper,and the cement mortar was analyzed under different dosage of the regenerated powder and the fly ash to indicate the changing laws of the performance effects.The test results show that the best content of the regenerated powder is 10%when the substitution rate is 10%,and the 3 d,7 d,28 d strength of the regenerated micro powder are higher than that of the fly ash.With the increasing of the content of the regenerated powder and the fly ash,the strength of cement mortar can be reduced in varying degrees.
