摘要 随着风电光伏等新能源大规模并网,为减少弃风弃光,电网对发电机组调峰能力的需求日益增加。针对河北省南部电网火电机组参与电力调峰辅助服务市场运营规则,分析调峰辅助服务政策、火电机组调峰能力、火电机组调峰成本,提出火电厂参与电网调峰辅助服务的策略,为更深入挖掘火电机组调峰潜力,提高电网对新能源的消纳量提供依据。 With large amount of renewable energy integrating into the grid, in order to reduce the phenomenon of abandon wind and discard light, the power system needs growing peak-valley dispatching ability.Aiming at the ancillary service of peak-valley dispatching market mechanism in Hebei southen power grid, this paper analyzes its policy, the potential peakvalley dispatching capacity and the cost of coal fired generator unit, proposes the strategy of the coal-fired power generator participating in peak-valley dispatching,to provide the basis for the grid and consumes the actual quanlity of renewable energy for further potential peak-valley dispatching capacity of coal fir ed generator unit explored.
