The cultivation mechanism of characteristic cultural town can be studied from three dimensions,namely,internal and external motivation, different cultivation subjects and construction of hard and soft conditions, including external environment,internal motivation,system guarantee,government cultivation,enterprise growth and social participation. External environment is indispensable, endogenous driving force is the core of innovation and cultivation of characteristic cultural towns, and various systems are an important guarantee for innovation and development of characteristic cultural towns,government cultivation is a necessary condition for innovation and development of characteristic cultural town, enterprise innovation and growth is the basis for sustainable development of characteristic cultural town,and social participation is an important condition for innovation and development of characteristic cultural town.
