Construction of MRO BOM for complex equipment

通过分析复杂装备检修业务及数据管理特点,构建面向不同检修主体、层次和任务的3种检修BOM:涵盖所有检修范围的通用产品检修BOM、基于产品实例的检修BOM和面向单次检修任务的检修BOM。根据数据来源不同,对检修BOM构建过程进行阐述,通过BOM转换和映射技术实现构建过程。应用实例验证了该过程的可行性,其为检修服务企业的服务数据管理及数字化维修的实现提供参考。

By analyzing complex equipment MRO business features and data organizing characteristics, three MRO BOMs were proposed for different MRO stakeholders, MRO levels and MRO tasks including a common MRO BOM covering all MRO parts, an instance MRO BOM, and a task-based MRO BOM. According to the different data sources, the construction processes of MRO BOM were described and realized by BOM conversion and mapping techniques. A real case was given to verify the feasibility of this process. The proposed method provides references for service data management and digital MRO service implementation for complex equipment MRO enterprises.
