摘要
对动车组电气装配工序进行系统调查,确定低压箱接线为电气装配的关键问题。对低压箱接线环节进行过程能力分析,判断其过程能力;通过鱼骨图分析法寻找影响接线质量的因素;利用灰度层次分析法对接线影响因素从3个方面进行重要度排序;运用发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)与工业工程理论相结合的方法提出解决问题的方案。
Through investigation of EMU electric assembly,the low voltage box connection is identified as the key problem in assembly process.Then,the process capability in the box connection is judged with an analysis,factors that influence wiring quality are detected by using the fishbone diagram method,and then ranked in order of importance from 3 aspects by using the hierarchical gray analysis.Finally,based on the combination of TRIZ theory with the industrial engineering theory,solutions for the assembly problems are proposed.
