摘要
针对不锈钢轨道客车空调冷凝水排水管与车顶及底架的焊接,以及底架制动管路之间的焊接问题,开发了自动非熔化极惰性气体钨极保护焊(TIG)环焊工艺,解决了焊接密封性问题。探索管-管自动TIG焊工艺在不锈钢轨道车辆管道连接中应用的可行性,开发了管-管对接夹具及机头,研究了不锈钢钢管对接焊接工艺参数选定,以及焊接接头组织特征及性能,为不锈钢轨道客车焊接新工艺的制定提供参考依据。
According to problems existing in the stainless air conditioner cold water drainpipe,the vehicle roof and frame,as well as the braking pipes welding under the frame of rail transit passenger car,the process of automatic TIG circle welding technology is developed to solve the air-tightness problem.Through exploring the application feasibility of automatic TIG circle welding technology in railway vehicle stainless steel pipes,the joint fixture and head for pipe-to-pipe butt welding are developed,the welding parameters,the characteristics and performance of stainless steel pipe TIG circle welding butt joint are studied.This research provides a reference for the new process of vehicle TIG circle pipe welding.
