摘要
提出了采用章鱼试验法替代人工作业的轨道交通车辆电气配线测试方法。该方法通过线路分析制作连接电缆,通过参数设定实现电缆自动校线,其优点是耐压、效率高、可靠性强,并且能够自动对线路中的电气元件进行性能测试。该方法操作便捷,可有效提高车辆配线质量,目前已成功应用于动车组生产检测过程中。
An Octopus test method is proposed to replace the manual operation in the electrical wiring test of rail transit vehicles.Featuring voltage withstanding,high efficiency,high reliability,this method makes connecting cables through line analysis,implements automatic alignment of cables by setting parameters and can automatically test the performance of electrical components on the lines.It is maneuverable,improves effectively the quality of vehicle wiring,and has been successfully applied in the production and inspection of EMU.
