摘要 以金红石型TiO_2为载体、KH550为偶联剂,采用无机包覆和有机接枝相结合的改性方法,制备出一种防晒纳米材料SiO_2-KH550/TiO_2,并考察其亲水、亲油和光催化性能.结果表明:SiO2-KH550/TiO_2具有良好的亲油性,能较好地分散在油相中,稳定性良好;降解反应6 h后,亚甲基蓝降解率仅为17%,TiO_2光催化活性明显降低.该材料可解决TiO_2在油相体系防晒化妆品中易分离、易沉降的问题,避免产品在使用过程中因TiO_2的光催化活性对表皮细胞的损伤. A sunscreen nanomaterial SiO2-KH550/TiO2 was prepared by using rutile TiO2 as carrier and KH550 as coupling agent by inorganic coating and organic grafting.Its hydrophilic,lipophilic and photocatalytic properties were investigated.The results showed that SiO2-KH550/TiO2 had good lipophilicity and could be well dispersed in the oil phase with good stability.After 6 h photodegradation,the degradation rate of methylene blue was only 17%,and the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 was obviously reduced.The material could solve the problem that TiO2 was easy to separate and settle in the oil phase system sunscreen cosmetics,and avoided the damage of epidermal cells caused by the photocatalytic activity of Ti02 during the use of the product.
