柠檬酸改性淀粉/PVA薄膜的制备及其对芒果保鲜的研究 被引量:16

摘要 为制备一种绿色环保的新型保鲜膜,采用溶液流延法制备了一系列柠檬酸改性淀粉/聚乙烯醇复合膜.利用红外光谱、万能试验机、透湿机、透光率/雾度测定仪等分析测试手段研究了复合膜的结构与性能,并讨论了柠檬酸用量对复合膜性能的影响.结果表明:柠檬酸与淀粉发生了酯化交联反应,柠檬酸改性淀粉能提高复合膜的力学性能,降低薄膜的雾度、亲水性和水蒸汽透过率,改善薄膜对芒果的保鲜效果.当柠檬酸质量分数为3.3%时,力学性能达到最佳,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别提高了42%和79%. A series of citric acid modified starch/polyvinyl alcohol composite membranes were prepared by solution casting method to prepare a new environment ally friendly plastic wrap. Structure and properties of composite membrane was characterized by means of infrared spectroscopy, universal testing machine, moisture permeable machine, light transmittance/haze measuring instrument and other analytical methods,and discussed the effect of citric acid dosage on the performance of the composite membrane were discussed. The results showed that the citric acid and starch were esterified and cross-linked. The citric acid modified starch could improve the mechanical properties of the composite membrane, reduce the haze, hydrophilicity and water vapor transmission rate of the film, and improve the preservation of the film to mango. When the citric acid content was 3.3%, the mechanical properties were optimized, and the tensile strength and elongation at break were increased by 42% and 79%, respectively.
