在固定的成型工艺和烤制工艺下,通过对玻璃纤维增强树脂角磨片配方体系的调整,涉及磨料、树脂和填料的筛查,研发出一系列新型的玻纤增强树脂角磨片,主要开发的是100 mm×4 mm×16 mm,100 mm×6 mm×16 mm,125 mm×6 mm×22. 2 mm,150 mm×6 mm×22. 2 mm,180 mm×6 mm×22. 2 mm产品,其混合砂成本低于常规产品16. 3%,市场前景广阔,有着一定的经济效益,具有高性价比。研制出高性价比的产品是提升企业竞争力,提高企业效益的重要途径。
Under regular pressing and baking technology, a new type of resin bond abrasive grinding wheels was researched by adjusting its formula, including abrasive, resin bond and filler.The sizes were 100 mm×4 mm×16 mm, 100 mm×6 mm×16 mm, 125 mm×6 mm×22.2 mm, 150 mm×6 mm×22.2 mm, 180 mm×6 mm×22.2 mm.In addition, its price was lower than standard products and market prospect was wide, so there was a certain economic benefit and high performance cost ratio.Researching product with high performance cost ratio was an important way to improve enterprise revenue.
