摘要
通过改变MCA用量,研究了MCA阻燃尼龙66的微观性能与宏观性能的关系。结果表明,随着MCA用量的提升,MCA片层重叠团聚现象明显,使MCA的分解峰值逐步升高,但PA66树脂的分解峰值先降低后稳定; MCA的加入可以起到异相成核的作用,提升材料的结晶温度。当MCA用量从6%提升至20%,材料的10 h烘烤黄变△E(120℃)可以由9. 56降低到6. 12,降低35. 98%,而材料的熔指呈现先提升后降低的趋势。
The effect of different MCA content on the micro-structure and macro performance of MCA flame retardant Nylon 66 was studied.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of MCA, the aggregation of MCA was obvious and the decomposition peak of MCA was gradually increased, but the decomposition peak of PA66 resin was almost stable.The addition of MCA can play the role of heterogeneous nucleation, and enhance the crystallization temperature of the material.In addition, when the amount of MCA increased from 6% to 20%, the baking yellowing △E (120 ℃, 10 h) can be reduced from 9.56 to 6.12, which decreased by 35.98%.With the increase of the MCA content, the melting flow rate of the material would increase first and then decrease when MCA content was over 10%.
