摘要
以牡蛎壳为原料制备一种新型牡蛎壳负载壳聚糖水处理剂,研究了水处理剂对水中甲苯的吸附性能。通过单因素实验考察了水处理剂的壳聚糖/牡蛎壳质量比、pH值、水处理剂用量、吸附时间及温度对吸附甲苯的影响,确定最佳去除甲苯条件。试验分析得出水处理剂去除甲苯最佳工艺条件:壳聚糖/牡蛎壳质量比0. 08、pH=4、水处理剂用量0. 5 g、吸附时间90 min和温度23℃。该研究对牡蛎壳为基的水处理剂的开发与利用提供科学依据。
The new water treatment agent of chitosan-coated oyster shell was prepared by using oyster shell as raw materials.Adsorption performance of water treatment agent on toluene was studied and the influences of mass ratio of chitosan and oyster, pH value, dose of water treatment, adsorption time and temperature were discussed by single factor experiments, and the best extraction conditions was ultimately determined.Through the test analysis, optimum extraction conditions of water treatment on the removal of toluene were as follows: mass ratio of chitosan and oyster was 0.08, pH was 4, dose of water treatment was 0.5 g, adsorption time was 90 min and temperature was 23 ℃.It would provide scientific basis for the further research and development of water treatment agent based on oyster shell.
