乳液型低温清防蜡剂的研制与应用

Research and Application of Low Temperature Emulsion Paraffin Remover and Inhibitor

针对七里村采油厂油井结蜡严重的问题,分析了原油基本物性,研制了适用于七里村采油厂的低温乳液型清防蜡剂。结果表明:七里村采油厂原油凝点低,沥青质、蜡、胶质含量高,析蜡点较高;以混苯、混合烃和煤油按质量比为7∶3∶1组成的混合溶剂为有机溶剂,以质量比为8∶2的水溶表面活性剂(STW)与油溶表面活性剂(510)为乳化剂,乙二醇单丁醚为互溶剂,通过正交试验,得到了适用于七里村采油厂低温油井的乳液型清防蜡剂,且现场试验显示了良好清蜡效果。

According to the problems of severe wax precipitation in Qili village oil production plant, the basic properties of oil were analyzed, and the emulsion type paraffin remover used in the low temperature for Qili village oil production plant was developed.The results showed that the freezing point of crude oil was lower, the heavy oil components in crude oil (such as asphaltene, wax and gum) were higher, and the wax precipitation point was higher.A mixed solvent composed of mixed benzene, mixed hydrocarbon and kerosene (the mass ratio of mixed benzenemixed hydrocarbonkerosene was 7:3:1) was used as organic solvent, water soluble surfactants and oil soluble surfactants (the mass ratio was 8:2) were used as emulsifier, and glycol butyl ether was used as an intersolvent.Through orthogonal test, the emulsion type paraffin remover used in the low temperature for Qili village oil production plant was obtained, and the field test showed excellent wax removal effect.
